Welcome
Record short voice notes during the week. The app works out which project you are talking about and turns your notes into a business-formal weekly report. No typing, no forms.
Your recordings, transcripts and reports are stored only on this device and are encrypted.
Notes this week
Tips for a strong note
- Name the project as you start, for example "On the Edu Nexus project..."
- What you achieved this week
- Any challenges or delays
- Your priorities for next week
- Support you need, if any
- Dependencies, if any: what your work is waiting on, and who is waiting on you
Covering several projects? Just say "Moving to..." before the next one.

Profile
Projects
Detected automatically from your notes. Tap a project to correct its name or add key terms that are often mis-heard. Renaming a project to an existing name merges them.
Thursday reminder
Adds a repeating calendar alert every Thursday, with a follow-up three hours later. It works on both Android and iOS, even when the app is closed.
On-device transcription
Speech is converted to text on this phone. The speech model downloads once and is then available offline.
AI writing assistant
Optional. After transcription, AI turns each note into sharper business-formal bullets: it keeps your facts, removes filler and rewrites unclear sentences. The on-device edit is always used when the assistant is off or unavailable.
- 1. Get your free Gemini key Sign in with your Google account, tap Create API key, then copy it.
Privacy and security
- Audio never leaves this device. Transcripts stay on the device unless you turn on the AI writing assistant.
- All notes are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The key cannot be exported.
- Audio is deleted automatically after 90 days. Reports are kept.
Voice Weekly Report v
Before you record
- Say the project name as you start, for example "On the Edu Nexus project...". You never need to select it.
- Several projects in one note is fine. Say "Moving to..." before each new one.
- Find a quiet place and hold the phone about 20 cm from your mouth.
Cover these points (only what applies)
- "This week I achieved..." Completed tasks, milestones and measurable progress.
- "The challenges were..." Obstacles, delays or risks.
- "Next week I will..." Your top priorities.
- "I need support with..." What help you need and from whom. Skip it if you need none.
- "We are waiting on..." / "...depends on..." Dependencies, if any: inputs, approvals or deliverables your work is waiting on, and anyone waiting on you. These appear under Challenges, or under Support when you ask for help to unblock them.
Tips for accurate reports
- Speak in complete sentences at a normal pace.
- Say project names, client names and acronyms clearly and in full.
- Include numbers and dates, for example "12 schools" or "by 20 October".
- Check the transcript after recording. Tap Correct transcript to fix misheard names or numbers before the note is added to your report.
- Somewhere you can't speak? Tap Type a note instead. Typed notes are analysed the same way.
- Keep each note under 3 minutes. Several short notes give better results than one long note.
- To correct a report, record a follow-up note such as "Correction for priorities: the steering committee meeting moved to Tuesday."
Example (about 45 seconds)
"Project Digital Classroom Rollout. This week I achieved onboarding for twelve schools in Ismailiya and finalised the device distribution plan. The main challenge was unstable internet in three rural schools. Next week I will complete onboarding for the remaining eight schools and run connectivity tests. I need support with approval for temporary mobile data packages."
